Excellent location and exceptionally well designed room very comfortable / good quality Great breakfast selection and one night dined in hotel restaurant which was excellent . Loved the availability of onsite safe car park which wasn’t cheap but worth the convenience Staff very efficient and extremely helpful and spoke good English which was very useful compared to our poor French !

We absolutely loved everything about this Best Western Hotel! — and we’re rather picky about cleanliness & a lot of other things, as well… Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, & very quiet. It was located to the back of the building though, so I don’t know whether the front facing rooms are just as peaceful. The shower was an absolute dream, as well! The staff were all really friendly and polite. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. The location is very central. We could just park the car in the hotel’s own underground car park and walk everywhere. Bonus points for: • having secure private parking for our car in the city centre! • benefitting from a bit of a cathedral view in the distance (I’ll attach some photos). We’d definitely book this hotel again.

Great, quiet room, with balcony and pleasant view. Excellent buffet breakfast, with lovely outdoor seating option. Bar/restaurant menu and area looks very inviting - unfortunately we did not have time to use it. Central location, within easy reach of park and lots of the major tourist sites.

The location is amazing in the middle of Reims, easy to walk everywhere! The hotel is good and comfortable. Great beds and rooms. We had a room viewing the cathedral, which is definitely worth it (it costs a little extra)!

THe hotel is located in a very central position - ideal for exploring the local cafe's, bistros, and bars of which there are many to choose from. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly although could be a little bit more proactive.

Right in the middle of Reims, we did worry about getting our car there but no need. The hotel has a drive in front to drop off your luggage and if you use their private parking it's right next door. It's a 'premier' Best Western and you do get the feeling of a bit of luxury. Nice helpful reception staff. Our room was on the top floor with a good view over Reims. It was large with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. Air conditioning and wifi fine. Easy walk to the cathedral and shopping, with loads of bars and restaurants around.

We pre booked a car space in the underground parking, just call and they gave us a barrier number (at certain times the road is pedestrian only) and the garage door opened for us. We where welcomed by a friendly chap who suggested the best parking spot for our size of car. Then directed us to the lift and reception, asking if we needed any help with luggage. Check in was easy, but our room was not ready. The room was large and very comfortable, the air con was effective and extremely quiet. The restaurant was pre booked (a must) very well used and after the meal we could see why. Excellent menu well cooked and attentive staff

This was our second stay at la Paix. The hotel is very comfortable and it seems to have been updated with new soft furnishings in the room since our last visit - not that there was anything wrong with them on the first visit! The breakfast is great, plenty of variety and all tasty. We booked ahead to dine at the restaurant and it was one of our best meals on our 4 week holiday around Europe and Scotland.

What a lovely surprise this hotel was! They really provide all the services and comforts we expect from a high level hotel in the US, in fact better than the US versions. The reception was clear and they met my requests on the room, they stored my bags as I went to my wine tasting. The room was pretty, if a little on the small side, but that's europe. The usual incomprehensible hotel lighting scheme, but other than that, nice linens, a good temperature, a coffee machine and minibar in the room, good shower, nice towels, and it was made up promptly when I went to breakfast, The breakfast, while a little expensive, was really quite good and they have an "express" option which is just coffee and pastries and bread for somewhat less that the full price. The hotel is well situated and it's an easy walk to the gare Reims ville. A really nice stay in an exceptional hotel.
